From the first phone call with Harry, I felt comfortable and confident that my insurance claim would be handled with my best interests in mind. I had tried dealing with my water damage claim on my own but could only get so far and it was a nightmare dealing with the insurance company. Talking to Harry, I felt my stress start to fade and when I began dealing with Alan, I knew I was in great hands. Alan is communicative, professional, knowledgeable and personable. He's amazing! The best!  Harry and Alan are EXTREMELY knowledgeable regarding insurance claims and laws that will benefit you.  Friendly, patient and VERY thorough throughout the entire claim process.  I had a LARGE LOSS house fire and they were simply great to work with maximizing my claim.  While I hope to never have to deal with them again, I wouldn't consider another adjuster and would highly recommend them to be your first, last and only call when considering an adjuster.

I want to start off by saying I was skeptical when it came to public adjusters and how they can be shady, but with Citiwide they are the real deal. My home insurance was ready to deny my claim, but Citiwide fought for me and got my claim approved. Alan is such a stand up guy and will come through when you need him and Harry is a honest guy when it comes to breaking down the numbers you need. I was so happy and relieved that they helped me in the worst time I've could've experienced with my house and getting it fixed. Harry and Alan were amazing to work with. They explained everything step by step and probably a few times because this was my first time going through a house fire. We had never used an adjuster before and couldn't be happier we hired Citiwide. It was a huge relief to have them handle our claim and we got a much bigger settlement than expected. After experiencing water damage in our basement we called our insurance company.  First they sent a remediation company  to assess the damage for mold. These folks were over zealous and left more than just water damage in their wake.  Our regular contractor came in to give us an estimate and after seeing what the insurance company offered told us we needed to call a public adjuster to get a more equitable settlement. I found Citiwide online and after seeing they had an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau I called.  Harry sent an adjuster who did a much better job of seeing what needed to be done and what it would cost.  Citiwide got us twice as much as the original offer from State Farm.  He was very responsive to my texts or calls and today we received a check that will cover the cost of the repair work.  I highly recommend this company.
